The Moresby Arts Theatre is one of the oldest clubs in Port Moresby, turning 100 in 2014.

With a long tradition of supporting the performing and creative arts, the MAT is a community theatre that is available for hire.

With space for around 160 seats in the auditorium, we stage our own productions, as well as productions from local schools, as well as international acts.

We also have extensive grounds, where we host a monthly craft market which display crafts form around Papua New Guinea, as well as plants, and paintings by some of PNG's leading artists.
It's held on the second Saturday of every month.
