It is assumed that an international head chef is behind the scenes, however this is not the case. All food is prepared by local staff who have years of experience.

Nusa Island Retreat utilises fresh, local produce in the majority of meals, and offer a variety of meals to suit all taste buds. Breakfast and lunch options are à la carte, offering a wide range of dishes and dinner is a buffet, starting with soup and followed by fresh seafood, meats, poultry, salad and vegetables.
And of course, yummy dessert!

Nusa Island's bar provides the coldest beers in town, international wines, an assortment of local and international spirits, as well as creative cocktails. Children are covered as Nusa offers a variety of drinks and snacks for the little ones.

Bookings for dinner for non in-house guests must be made prior to 2pm that day.
