Traditional breadmaking is an artform refined over hundreds of years. Since our beginning, our vision at Duffy has been to share our love for various bread styles – from traditional sourdough loaves to baguettes and brioches – with the people of Port Moresby. Our philosophy is grounded in French baking purity principles. We only use the highest quality ingredients to create our delicious and beautiful breads, pastries, cakes and sweets.
In 2010, Duffy Café was established to provide the growing city of Port Moresby, PNG its first speciality coffee and cafe. Many had thought the time was too early for such a service, however, it thrived and experienced significant growth as the business expanded into a roasting house and bakery. Duffy now has cafes at Gabaka Street, Harbourside and Jackson’s International Airport.
