Just past Sogeri, 40km from Port Moresby, these ice-cold rapids are an ideal day trip away from the busy city, with well-kept facilities including sheltered picnic tables and BBQ's.

Be Cautious of rocks and large branches just below the surface, and always test the dept carefully before diving in. It is advisable to go in convoy with other vehicles for added security.
